Wouldn't it be easier to just re-do the shelves? I would rather take the time to unscrew/rescrew some shelves than take a chance with the bins rubbing the flexwatt to much.

Sweet! Thanks for all the tips people!
I found a handheld sander at the pawn shop and paid $20 George Washingtons for it. Hit the top and bottom of each tub with it using 60 grit paper and eventually got each tub to slide in with no problems! Finally put all the BPs in the same rack! Now the QT rack has room to grow :)
