I actually use a steam cleaner. It take a bit of time to get the temps high enough to be effective you need to run over the area a few times to be sure. I actually use it in combination with F10scxd (cleaner) and use the F10sc (disinfectant) as a final step.

Scrub with a brush and f10scxd, then steam, followed by f10sc.

Is the F10 safe for people who have septic tanks? I can't use certain stuff cuz we put the bacteria in the septic tank and if I put an antibacteria in there it prolly won't be good

I use bleach water at a 32:1 water to bleach ratio and it works great.

Interesting question about the f10 septic system. I don't use much myself so i would not expect a problem but A I am guessing and B I use maybe one litre a month give or take. I don't believe that by the time it is flushed down to the tank it would be very dilute and it become ineffective when in contact with solid organics. I don't think it would be an issue unless you used tons of it.

Re: what do you use to clean your tubs?
Diluted solution of Chlorohexidine. I bought a gallon of it two years ago from a veterinary supply company and I still have half of it left. Same as Virosan but cheaper.
