here mobile homes are in parks.
A designated area where they are allowed. And people pay a lot rent every month.
I've never seen or heard of anyone being able to put one on a private lot here. And if a person had a private lot they would rather build a home them move a mobile there.

Re: I need some support or advice
maybe you could find someone to sell them too that would be willing to sell them back when you can, not as in just finding someone to take them in for a while, but an actual sell/buy back? i wish i could help more but im flat out of ideas

Yeah maybe, I just wish I had someone local to do that.
Its not that I want or need to sell my BPs at this time but when it comes time to buy a home I may have to for the extra down payment. Every little dollar will help.
But I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.
Im just frusterated about the whole situation.

Around here, they simply don't... if you (or your partner/spouse) are not a well-paid professional or independently wealthy, you just have to rent indefinitely or buy a small apartment in an iffy neighborhood. I went to a mortgage specialist a few years back, when I was earning around $55K/yr and working in a bad neighborhood - qualified for like $250K, which would have gotten me a 1br in the slightly nicer part of that high-crime area. So I just continued renting, as probably 60-70% of people here do. As my father often says, you can't always get what you want when you want it!
