I'm only 22 still in school and I work at a moving theater (not a very stable career lol) As long as you find cheap feeders and can afford the food have the time and space you can expand and breed lol

Just don't rush into Venomous, it could be your life. I have owned venomous for 6 years now.
But I have been finding and keeping all sorts of animals since I was a little kid. First animals I ever caught were Frogs and Salamanders. I caught my first snake when I was 10 and it was a Rough Green Snake. I was lucky that my mom complied with it, and supported the idea that I wanted to work with Reptiles.
I got my first Ball Python back in 1999, and that is when the addiction started. Before I went into the Marine Corps in 2007 I had a pretty large collection and had been breeding mainly Albino and Pastel stuff. But over the years I have kept alot of different species of Spiders, Scorpions, Tarantulas, Snakes(Venomous and Non), Lizards, Frogs, Toads, and Salamanders.

I've always had a huge fascination with reptiles (it started with a dinosaurs as a 4-year-old). I got my first snake when I was 12.

I had to wait to really own a snake when I left my mom's house and got out of the military dorms. I had a few snakes that my mom never knew about that I caught in south Texas I had Texas ratsnake and a Texas Indigo. She also surprising caught me a pair Texas swifts and those things were some fun pets. It wasn't until I moved out and got married when I broke the news to my wife I was getting a snake she argued at first but eventually gave in. Since then it's been a fun ride.

I first got into reptiles when I was about 9 or 10. My stepfather got a ball python and a boa. When we had to move, he had to re-home them, but when I was 18, I got my first reptile of my own, green anoles. I didn't know how to take care of them very well and within a few months, they were both dead. At 19 (2006) I got a leopard gecko and then later that year I got my first snake, a snow corn female. Thus began my journey into the world of keeping and breeding snakes. In the summer of 2007 I got my first pair of ball pythons, a normal female and a het pied normal male. It has grown from there. I now own 16 ball pythons, 7 corn snakes, a king snake, a boa, and a leopard gecko. I've been breeding since 2008.

ive always wanted a snake but my dad is super afraid of them so he didnt let me have one. i got a few little green lizards at about 13-14 but they all died pretty quickly. i got my first snake in may of this year, a male normal bp who i now think is a female but i cant tell for sure lol. now ive got 4 bps in my closet, one coming in today and 2 coming in tmrw. getting at least one more on each of the 7th and 13th of next month at shows so this hobby definitely blew up real quick for me and im super addicted to it. im also looking into getting a RTB since i got to hold one for the first time yesterday and he was so.....awesome.....i decided i wanted one lol.
