    It's not a big deal at all. She will eventually learn how she is supposed to eat it, or she'll keep eating it like that. My spider was pretty dumb at first, he tried to eat the rat sideways every time and it took him 30 minutes to figure out how to swallow the dang thing.

    Both my hatchling ate backwards once or twice. Longer with our normal I think they are just learning what the best approach is to downing them :)

    Haha, it really was fascinating! i mean i watch NATGEO and all those shows and have seen snakes eat on TV but life is just totally different, but thank you I hope so too. time will tell!

    Haha, thankfully she didnt do that. when she struck she actually got the side of it, but she spun it around to get the end, but not the end i was hoping for, but it all went well and i havent seen it come up so no worries!
