If you know what recessives the guy you bought her from is breeding, you would at least know what to try pairing her with.
She still may be normal, lol.

lol i asked him while i was there his answer was albinos, ghosts, pieds, and clowns so yeah i either can try pairing a het albino with her and possibly hit the wrong het or just take an extra year and breed her own offspring to her with a spider gene in there

She's got lovely flames, so I would pair her up with a yellowbelly, myself.

I would not trust a breeder that says he put all his hets into one tank because as a breeder, you know that other breeders want to know what they have. Also Hets are worth alot more money than normals and you would not want to lose out on possible 1000s of dollars! A Clown Het Fenale is worth about $1000 alone! He probaly told you that to sell his normals fast! Normals are hard to sell! If you breed her to a Spider and she is Het for something than the babies would be 50% possible Het so you still may not hit it! I would breed her Spider son back to her so even if you do not hit the Het, you will at least get some more Spiders out of it! Good luck!

I've seen hets sold as normals, but the one's I've seen it done with is the males. An '11 het albino male or even an '11 het pied male really isn't that much in demand seeing as the visuals are being produced often enough to make them affordable.

I've seen 50% PH albino females for as little as 50 bucks. So if that girl is het for anything I'm thinking she's more than likely PH albino or pied, ghost, off chance PH clown--one of the recessive morphs that has been around long enough that the visuals and 100% hets are now more reasonably priced.

Regardless, she's a nice looking snake and getting a nicer than average normal at the right price isn't all that shabby and she still gives you some good breeding possibilities with codom and dominate morphs even if she never proves out het for anything.

Het females are never sold as normals! PH females are just normals until proven so they are often sold as normals! $25 is a good price for a normal female regardless!

It was at Tinley on the last day of the show close to shutting down time he had all the other recessive genes out on the table but no hets.. there has to be hets.. I believe the guy I wish I could remember the name of the guy or still had the paper with the location of tables on it I remember exactly where it was but not the name but he was a big name why would he risk his name by saying that? I already had her in a bag in my hand and already gave him the money so he didnt say it just to get me to buy her? thats another thing he said shes just PH.. just my thought either way I decided she will be paired with a mojave not a spider and then I will figure out what shes hiding from me I still dont have a name for her everything I thought of doesnt fit her

as others have said.. maybe you got a het from the grab bag.. but there is NO way to find out without breeding it.. there are NO proven "het" markers.. just "guidelines" which usually only help when you have an idea of what you are looking at..
