    have you seen Boaphile's Rhinoraxx?

they look great and i've heard absolutely nothing but great reviews. their prices are decent (kind of expensive, but that's what you'll find with any pre-made rack) and they have perfected their racking systems so you don't have to worry about messing something up and having to go back and fix it in a year or two.

not to mention if you mess up a cut on a sheet of xpvc you're really screwed.

    here's the goods on Rhinoraxx

cool, thought i'd point it out just in case!

i thought about making my own xpvc rack system too but i figured i'd let the pros do it, as i'd surely screw something up :P

I am an Engineering student in college and I build everything from robots to snake cages. I use a site called McMaster Carr. They have over 480,000 products on their site. I have bought PVC from them before, their prices aren't the lowest I've ever seen but their selection can't be beat. as for sagging this can be solved very easily. All you need to do is build in a cross brace. This can be done by simply putting a 1" wide 1/8" thick strip of aluminum across longways and 2 strips going the short way.
