If I had only those to play with I'd throw the ghost boy at both albino and pied and make sure you have EXCELLENT record keeping so you don't confuse the babies after they hatch out as they will all look normal.
If that's too many double recessives then do the ghost to the pied and pick up a co-dom het albino for the albino girl or breed the ghost to the albino and pick up a co-dom het pied male.
Either way you have some good potential if your not afraid to play the double het game :)

I am not a big fan of breeding siblings to one another.

Get a pied male and breed him to the albino and the pied. You will produce pieds and you will also produce double hets for pied and albino and those jokers sell quicker then pieds do
