    Agreed it's just sort of a picture back drop. I've seen a few pics of theirs and they put alot of animals on that same back drop.
    Not to be used as a regular sub though.

    Yup. It's a picture setup designed to enhance the colors of the animals. I've seen it a lot at shows.

    If you're interested in colored substrate, I know that there is dyed aspen available. I've seen it in black, red, and green.

    I know the breeder who posts those photo's, he's got AWESOME animals and is a great guy.
    Those pics are for photo shoots for his ads only ;)

    1st does not hold humidity.
    2nd is too cold for the snake to sit on.

    Thats mark petros and he is top notch when it comes to care and quality. He produces some of the brightest pastels and pastel combos and has been for years. Hes a good dude to deal with. The color rocks is for pictures only
