It kinda looks like a fire to me with the lightness, a little banding, and the light head.

I wouldn't bother buying a female fire to try and prove him, I would just put him with one of your normals. Breeding to a fire you could get only fires and normals even if he is a fire.

as you cycle your male with your girls throw em in there for a few days then seperate for 24 hours, then throw em back again. i would breed them seperate but thats just me. also wouldnt be a bad idea to keep offering small meals to them whilt they are on breaks from breeding.

I plan to breed him to two normal females this season. Hoping to make a female fire. Later in the season I'll be throwing my male spider in the mix. Try to get some split clutches.
