If she's a mature female, I seriously doubt that her behavior is due to lack of handling. As a breeder, I don't handle mine as much as the pet keeper, but I don't experience aggression from mine.

However, mature females are heading into breeding season, and are wanting to eat more in preparation and tend to strike a warm moving object first and ask questions later.

It sounds to ME more like she's just wanting to eat more, not that she's reacting to less handling.

@ eel558- yeah, I do hesitate when I go to move her hide to get her =/ its my my natural body response lol

@ Dustin- I just started feeding her in her enclosure a few weeks back. She refused to eat otherwise.

@ Wh00h0069- I was thinking the same thing

@ rabernet- I dont know much about breeding (yet), so Im unsure when she is considered a "mature" female. Is it by weight and age? or just weight?
Shes pushing 700g.( which I feel is a little low, she refuses meals randomly) and about a year. She ate 2 days before I tried to get her out too.

Thanks for the help everyone! I dont know if I posted this in the original post, but the reason I dont want to get bit is because I am a very jumpy person, and I dont want to pull away if she has already bitten me. I dont want to hurt HER. Im not afraid of getting bit, or the "pain" I just dont want to rip any of her teeth out or cause her any pain pulliing away.
