If you bred a 100% het albino to a 100% het pied, once again, you would have all normal babies that would all be 50% possible double het for pied and albino..

Both snakes bred would have to be 100% double het for both pied and albino to have a slight chance of getting an albino pied out of that clutch. Or albinos or pieds. All three would be possible.

If you breed hets, both snakes must be het for the same gene or genes.

Also remember, even if you breed 2 100% hets that came from a well known breeder and there is no question that they are in fact 100% het for a certain gene, there is never any guarantee that you will actually get a visual albino out of that clutch.

When dealing with hets, it's always a game of chance. Your chances go up if you breed a visual to a het.

Albino will only show if the snake has two albino genes. Hets only have 1. To get albino babies, both parents at the very least have to have an albino gene to give to the offspring (aka each parent at least has to be het for albino). If you get lucky and the each parent gives their albino gene to the same baby, the baby will have 2 albino genes, thus being albino.
