so overall would you say that the reptile spray from reptile basics does not work nearly as good as PAM? if so does anyone have a suggestion of a site to purchase PAM from?
I saw it on Pangea for 18 bucks. I am thinking about trying the Natural stuff first, money is tight here.

Nothing kills mite eggs, even PAM. What it does do is kill the living mites fast enough to stop them from laying more eggs.
Reptile Relief will only kill the living ones Slowly which will still give them time to drop eggs. It should reduce the mite count but not wipe them out 100%
how many treatments are in a can of PAM? just one or multiple?

Re: Ugh...Mites
My first can of PAM lasted me 2 1/2 to 3 years.
It's the ONLY mite treatment that I trust and use with my own collection.
I use it preventatively. Any new animal coming into my collection goes into a tub already pre-treated with PAM. I also go ahead and re-treat my entire collections' tubs when a new animal enters my home, because no matter how vigilant I may believe I'm being with QT, there's always the risk of a mite grabbing a ride on you and getting into the collection.
I also pre-treat my travel tub when I got to out of town shows (a tub that I used in the motel room to keep new pick-up's warm in the room) with PAM.
A can is about $20. To me, that's very inexpensive for the peace of mind that you're using a product that is proven to eradicate a mite problem.
The directions for use are on the can. Just follow it exactly and your mite problem will be a thing of the past.
