I used to move my snakes for feeding. I have two that won't eat if I move them now. They also started out eating f/t now they only want live. Don't worry about being a newbie and asking questions we all had to start some where. I myself am still learning. You can learn a lot from this forum. Good luck with your little one.

Ok GUys once again I wnat to thank all who helped ab gave advice on this thread. Secess he ate well tonight very easily and good feed response I ahve posted picks of the housing and the snake in my Profile. Temp are great 85 - 75and added a second hide on the warm side he downed a couple hoppers very quickly and easily. Feel free to chime in with more advice as I am learning.

Ok guys I again want to say thanks to all it was a very big help. We have decided to keep feeding in a seperate tank because it gives us some time to clean and stir up the Eco earth while he is eating. And eating he is he moved up to small mice and is gaining weight he is now at 151 grams empty and he hit this poor little mouse so hard his gut came out see this pic but he is eating great second week in a row so the smaller hide did it.
