Yup. Mine is a total HOG, true to her name! She is literally a garbage can, and will take anything I offer - so she often gets the python's leftovers, if my corns (also garbage cans) are already full enough. Btw, mine only gets f/t mice, since the one live meal I gave her was quite a debacle. It's actually fun to feed her f/t, as she gets all cobra-like about it... posturing, hooding, hissing, and finally nomming it with one BIG bite. Cool! ;)
P.S. One thing I quickly learned was to grasp the mouse (using tongs) by their neck, rather than the usual tail dangling... since they don't constrict, it's like watching a kid swing at a pinata when you dangle it. LOL

I second this!!! the key to a tame snake buddy is to handle it.. and trust me no matter what snake you get you're probably gonna get bit at some point or another lol so suck it up and expect it.. but i would suggest maybe a dwarf boa of some ort.. most males stay 4 ft or under and the females usually about 5 ft or so... plus there are some cool morphs too and they are great convo starters...

ive handled it every day just doesnt seem to stop biting and musking and my family wants me to get rid of it as its causing harm to the kids, will check out dwarf boas
