Yeah. I got my first ball when I was in HS. It didn't last long. Come to find out a few years later, people i have talked to have had the same issue with the same reptile store where I got her from.
My wife knew i have always wanted one ever since then. She let me get one as a fathers day gift. Although im not going to be a father until October.
Since my other hobby(guns) cost to much. This became my new hobby. I got my second snake yesterday. And i am about to pick up 2 more on Sunday. Then have plans to have another one some time in August. Then I would like to be able to breed at least 1 pair next year.

i think i have a problem...i got my first one at the end of june and now i have 3...i think my daughter has a problem as well..she is 2 years old and is constantly asking to hold them...and once a day i let her and as soon as i say yes...she says ok i gotta get hand sanitizer and runs to the stand under the tank and gets some...and i dont know y but i just try to make it a habbit that when someone holds my snakes they must sanitize first...does anyone else do this?

Oh yes Im completely addicted I have an entire list of morphs i want, other snakes like bloods, SD retics and more! My wife says im crazy for liking snakes so much and paying ridiculous prices for them.
My life in a nut shell - Ball pythons + Kayak Fishing + Weapons + motorcycles= way to many expensive hobbies in her eyes. I simply look at it as a life style :D and love it especially snakes!
