Enchis and Fires, 1st two clutches of the season... good and bad-ish odds.

Oh and all the snakes are blue already, so looking forward to that first shed. :)

The het blues are the bane of my existence... first year bred, did not take, second year lost the clutch due to the fire and only one male survived, and no babes since... mom was building but then she re-absorbed last season.

I am still pairing him, but I think this is going to end up being a five year project just for babes, getting pretty disparaged, as I had such high hopes on the blues.

I really really really wanted a few het blue females.

I assume CP must import them, being that their associates this side of the pond have greens and blues (if I am not mistaken?)... that being said, if you were closer I would give you my boy. :)

As is, I assume I will end up having to buy my females from the same line that he came from... *grumble* *grumble*.

Thanks... and so far the clutch is girl heavy it looks like. :)

One of the fires shed, she is gorgeous, but one of the enchis left the egg early dragging her sac behind her, found her dead of hardbelly. :(

Feels like a bad start to the season.
