    No bites here. Mine are tame.
    But I do beed primarily for show and for pets so that has something to do with it.
    Mine get handled often and are still very jumpy, but never bite.

    A good way to correct a nippy ASP is to give them a flick on the head to redirect them. After 3 flicks, I never have trouble with with biting again.
    But if you have a TON of ASFs, this is not reasonable, as you'd have to spend tons of time picking out individuals that are nippy. :P
