I feed every Sunday unless she's shedding. I just buy the rat from the local pet store, take Arnold out of her home, put her in her "feeding tub", drop the rat in, rat's gone. Same every week haha

I take my rats out of the freezer, let them thaw on top of the freezer to room temperature. Once thawed completely, I offer. That's about it. All of mine take room temp rats/mice with no issues. The only snakes I have to do anything differently for are my live feeders. I just drop in the live rat and watch. Within 1-5 seconds I see the strike, check to make sure everything is okay, then go on with the other feedings. Simple.

I throw all the frozen rats i need under large metal clamp style lamp with a 100 watt bulb going for 30 minutes, on the shelf under my rack. then i`ll flip the rats over and let em go a little longer till there all warm. by the time there ready to be feed all the little buggers are at the front of there bins ready for food. i feed off tongs and most of our balls come flying out of there bins after the rat and have to be pushed back in rat in toe.
