    oh! and i was contacted by the american brewers guild to see if i could bring in an student to intern to fulfill requirement to graduate. he started last week. he has been the hardest worker i have seen in a long time and he has caught on to the cellar extremely fast.

    oh, did i mention he is 62 years old? he decided to retire and follow his dream of becoming a brewer. this guy has amazed me and inspired me.
