Depending on how big of a space you need, you could always just build a small room inside your garage, insulate the hell out of it and breed them in there. I did that and put in a window AC unit for summer and a small portable heater for winter and my AC unit only runs for about 30 minutes then off for 2hours then runs 30 off 2 and so on.... Might be an option
