My First Clutch and I Messed It Up :( Help!

i just recently had a simalr situation but the eggs werent nearly as bad .
what i did was prepare the vermiculite as normal and i very lightly misted the eggs for the few days and kept the humidity very high in the incubator and in 10 days the eggs look totally normal see pics below
