I do not have a sense of smell, so I don't know if he also musked, I just know I had to go and wash off and change all my clothes and put a blanket that was on the couch and the towel in a trash bag to be washed because there was so much pee. It pretty much felt like someone throwing a glass of water in my face. A glass of water with grapes in it...:rolleye2:

I think when I grabbed him by the butt I "massaged" him to let all those big hard urates out...I guess that's a good thing??? T_T

I just kind of stood there with him on the floor like :O:O What just happened!?!

I'll try the bag, it sounds like he might like that. He tries to burrow under things when he is out so maybe he will relax in a dark spot he can bury in. And hopefully not freak out and pee in the bag/pillowcase whatever I use.

And hopefully he doesn't completely remember everything that happened since I have to get the rest of the pee and urates out of his tub...:please:

Not to scare you but he will probably remember. Luckily he is probably emptied out! Calmly and smoothly move him to a different tub before he really gets prepared to go at you again. Then you are free to clean as long as you like.

Honestly they all have their bad days, and thats all Id chalk it up to so long as I was sure I was keeping him as comfy as possible on a daily basis.

I do notice that some Bloods go through a little snappy period in what you could call their "teenage years"

Most grow out of it and I dont have a single testy animal here.

Each one has their days but nothing that Id call a staple of their personality.

    Thanks T_T
    Haha

Yeah Trevor, I think I'm just really going to make the time to try and work with him more without over-doing it.

I think he is comfortable, as he was only his new tub 4 days before eating. I know they can be picky of husbandry but I've always made sure his temps and humidity are spot on, and he's still never missed a meal, even if the little piggy is shedding and I didn't notice.
