Dumeril's sexing?

Well here's a pic of my guys spurs, definately not big BP spurs!
BTW if yours is a female I'd be interested if you wanna rehome her, I'm only across the straight :P

man i really am starting to think "it's" a female, because there just really aren't any spurs there! but i'm just wondering if they've been shed right off, like what happens with BP's sometimes.

as for rehoming "it"

i've absolutely thought about it if it turned out to be female, but i just fall more and more in love with David Bowie every day. i actually declared out loud that if i could have JUST one snake, it would be David Bowie. i loooooooove him/her/it so much!

it's been about ... i can't even remember. but it's been a little while since i got him eating f/t and i'm convinced he's grown a ton, but i just can't tell. wish i had been weighing him the whole time since i got him.

also i just really have no idea what i'm doing when feeling for the "BB's" so i give up :P

Sorry I didn't respond sooner. From your photos it's pretty clear that you have a Female Dumerils Boa. Although females can grow larger than males, Dumerils Boas grow at a moderate pace and even full grown stay a manageable size. You're obviously taking great care of her, and I would highly encourage you to keep David Bowie :)

Ziggurat Stardust is a good one! I've tried to change snake names before but t never sticks lol.

She's eating a rat every 10 or so days, a little smaller than her around. Should I maybe bump her up to a bigger sized rat? She doesn't ever seem hungry, it seems the only reason she eats is because I put the rat nose in her face lol. She just eats it to get it out of her way i think
