This is exactly what I thought, because the Leopard morph is recessive so it could have been two hets that were bred, and because Leopard is more of a Central American BCI type thing and Costa Rica is in Central America...

The Black Boas are looking a little bit similar to Hans Leopards. Until now nobody has proven whether the gens are compatible, but I think somebody will check it in the future. The adults are between 1.8 and 2.1 meter and I think a little bit bigger than the Mexicans. When the Black Boas are born all babies are dark but in the first year with each shed you see that some of them are getting brighter and you see more patterns. In my opinion this is the variation of all boa litters or all snakes.
