Once you calibrate the battery, it's pretty respectable for a phone that does as much as this phone can do.

I'm getting about a day on mine. I'm considering buying an extended battery just for long weekends, like reptile shows, but use stock for day to day.

Invest in a car charger as well, I sell them and your right about how the size of the phone and what all it can do, sorta will drain the battery life fairly quickly with heavy usage in a short period of time.

If they are not already, make sure your Wifi, Bluetooth, and GPS are off when you are not useing them, because they are all constantly searching for signals and that will really put a strain on the battery.

    waltah!
All that I look for in a smartphone is to get a full day of usage. I'm sure you'll be able to get that as long as you aren't tethering without it plugged in.

This isn't my first Android rodeo! ;)

I've got two car chargers - one I already had and another one that came bundled with a case I bought, so I'm good. I rarely use the car charger, actually - because I've got good battery maintenance practices. :)
