New Het Pied Marker?

Here is a picture of my 100% Het girl. And she does appear to have the marker you are talking about. Neither one of my normal girls have this marker. If this does in-fact prove to be an accurate marker then let me say "Good Eye!!" :D

None of my "normals" seem to be showing this marker. I'll go home and check if my het pieds have this or not.

I checked my het pieds and 0 of 6 have this marker.

0 for 2 here. Small sample, but still its something.

That being said, I have several normals that do have the Y split at the first neck mark and I have zero reason to believe they are in fact het pieds.

If a marker was truly reliable, even the other het pied marker, as in 100% of the time, pieds would no longer be considered recessives.

My Pied has the connecting pattern. Niether of my normals show this marker. I don't think it's consistant enough to mean anything, though.

Mine have this 'marker' not very strong though, only a slight dent in the neck stripe......

..... Also saw a female is a ringer (very low quality) showing a little colour on her belly and up her sides :D

On another note, Kevin of NERD is trying to prove het pied to have a visual effect when mixed into certain combos.
