    Having owned hundreds of corns, I have seen that happen a few of times over the years. Most corns can recover from a regugitation, but occasionally they don't, and it will do them in. They are definitely more prone to regurgitation than boids, and you have to be very careful about not feeding them prey that is too large, and some of them don't tolerate prey that is really hairy either. Anyway, I am sorry for your loss. She was a pretty snake!
