Looks like my enchi het pieds.

Enchis have a banded look, particularly on the lower half of the body. The yellow/orange speckling is also especially obvious on the lower half of the body, and especially near the tail.

And here's my baby enchi from RDR. Her coloring isn't very bright, but she's a nice example of the banding:
