    Any others you've tried in the Atlanta area? There are quite a few:

    ...and probably many more.

    They only sell 4'x8' boards. 1/2" thickness is $71.20, 3/4" is $120.

    Grainger sells 2 sheets of 4x8 white 1/8" expanded PVC for $102.50.

    In Dallas Fort Worth area (DFW), and they have offices elsewhere in Texas, I found that Allied Plastics will sell 3mm (1/8") 4x8' XPVC sheet white for $24. Beat that!!

    Holy back from the dead thread!

    I just called a place local to me (South of OKC) and I can get 1/2" sheets for about $120. For anyone that has used expanded PVC in the past, how flimsy is the stuff? Would 1/8" even work or should it be 1/4" or thicker?
