Re: Ball python rescue, underage, underweight, carrying eggs
If you can't find live, you could try gently force feeding her frozen/thawed OR chicken baby food...just to get some nutrients in her.

Poor girl, she's so skinny! I just wanted to say im glad to see she's in good hands now and to also add that the cloaca (where the heated and everything else comes out) can stretch quite a bit, you'd be surprised. So I wouldn't be too worried about pushing any organs out since I don't believe snakes have any organs that feel how you are describing them.
Re: Ball python rescue, underage, underweight, carrying eggs
I'd forgotten but when my baby bp wasn't eating and losing weight the vet suggested repta-aid which you can syringe into their throats, not a food substitute but can sometimes help to regain an appetite in an animal who's system is out of whack. It's a powder you mix with water and it comes with the syringe and stuff, also if you do end up getting it make sure to not put the liquid in where she breathes but way at the back of the throat.
