You really need to get a thermostat and fast. I would imagine they are definitely burns then from your heat lamp :(

    Hi,

Definately time for a vet visit. :(

Is the lamp inside her enclosure? I have a male with similarly placed burns that got them from wrapping around a lamp.

The first one looks like a burn. I don't have alot of experience but the others almost look like cuts too my eyesight is not the best. I will throw this out may not have anything to do with it but do you feed live food. And plus one on aove advice I would not put a heat lamp inside where the snake can get near it how close is it to the botto of the tan also how hot is the basking area?

Oh man that looks painful. I'm also wondering if your heat lamp is inside of the tank since it's getting burned. Even if it's not inside of the tank and sitting directly on top, make sure the snake can't get up that high and touch the top of the tank.

Just from the first pic I would say something is seriously wrong with your setup, post a pic of the setup please

definitely need to see a vet.

lose the heat lamp and get an under tank heater with a thermostat. helix, herpstat, rheostat, or even a dimmer. the bulbs get way too hot and the light stresses them out. get a good digital thermometer if you dont have one already. id also get a temp gun. i have thermometers on both ends of my enclosures. when i got my temp gun i was surpised how much warmer the actual surface temp was compared to the ambient air where the probes were placed. ive made the adjustments to all my herpstats and probe placement and its all good.

    good luck

I agree with everyone els. Looks like burns to me. Like Dr.Del said if the lamp is inside maybe your BP is being burned while trying to stay warm. I would try to get into a vet. Until then apply some antibiotic ointment to the open wounds. You can put some on the red areas but it dosnt really do much for closed wounds its made for open wounds. Don't use the kind with the pain reliever in it. Some will have added lidocaine in it . Do not use it. Like the others said invest in a UTH with a thermostat. Good luck.

Have you used anything oily like mineral oil, baby oil, neosproin, anything like that on her skin? That would soften the scales and make her skin prone to more injury if she should catch or rub on something. Other than that I am also wondering about the heat lamp.
