WOW is right! Also a bunch of words which would earn me an infraction. That's just amazing.

It's hard to believe they came from the same clutch. I would have guessed the same, a mama with one of her hatchlings.

I have tried all things within reason because of the potential the boy holds..BUT if he chooses to perish after near 2 years of our diligence then it was not meant to be..
In nature its survival of the fittest and we often elude this by our diligence and care but stuff happens none the less..

I have been giving Darwin’s theory a lot of thought lately.

We had a BP that hatched in September '10 not eat on his own till about month ago. He's at 76g right now (I think he hatched out at around 65g). Not sure if you've tried it but I gave him a course of Bene-Bac for reptiles and after a few more assist feeds he started eating on his own. Good luck with the littel guy :).
I'll look into this Bene-bac, or some yougort..
Thanks JS..

I agree! Man, that little guy is so skinny, I didn't think he was a blood for a minute. I'm happy you've taken the time to help him along and maybe someday he'll decide to eat on his own! They are both gorgeous snakes in their own right, but he makes me a little sad to see him so thin, especially with all the hard work you've put in. Great job with his sis, though. She looks fantastic!!
