    it not always damp if you have used the stuff you would know that when you get it damp the top dries fast and the rest helps keep the humidity up.... I know he doesn't have scale rot... But once it gets wet and he crawls all over it, it gets really compact and its hard for him to borrow thru. thanks for the help but i'm pretty sure it's just a shed thing
