    Thanks.

I appreciate all the great comments! I think he/she is the most sexy snake of all!

I tried to pop him after watching a video someone on this board suggested. It was not hard and explained everything very well. Turns out, it is a jacqueline! I am so excited! No Peens sp?

I heard that most BP's from petsmart and other chains are males. Is this true?

    She is beautiful!

Generally... but it's possible you got a rare female. How sure are you of your popping skills? I can't get any of my males to show their penes... corns are easy but I am still trying to figure out the bps. (I think I am chicken to push too hard.) :D

Not sure at all. Could of been like you and afraid to do it too hard LOL

I personally don't really care except, I don't want to give he/she a complex re: naming LOL

Well you don't have to get their hemipenes to fully extend if you know what to look for. When you've got him/her popped even a little, look at the base a male will have alot of pink vessels where the hemipenes are bc of the bloodflow. Females will not have so much or as bright. Many popping newbies can mistake males for females if they can't get the hemipenes to extend fully. Look for those bloodvessels. They'll be dark and bright on boys. Hopefully this helps until youve got popping a bit more down. Popping on older ones can be harder bc they have the muscle control. But this helped me alot at first.
    Ps gorgeous little snakey!! Congrats
