Yes! North Dakota is known for all of those things.
Im a 23 year old bartender whos buying a house in fall and spending $900 on pied ball pythons :) I live in Bismarck, the capital city. Apart from having crappy weather 8 months out of the year, and not much to really do its not THAT bad lol. It makes visiting other states all the more fun! For all the reasons you stated. :) Which is why our population is increasing at such a rapid rate as well. I think since the population incline though we've seen crime go up. I guess everyone seems to think we need to all carry guns...I dont know.
