Despite being skinny and having stuck shed all over him, he is still gorgeous. Very cute, I can't to see what he looks like after being with someone who cares :)

My hat's off to you for taking him in. He looks like he's been through the Gates and back, the poor fella. He's got the makings of being a great looking animal with a some weight on him and the proper care. Thank you for taking him in and giving him a fighting chance! :gj: Good luck and I look forward to seeing him in the future.

I surprised how many petstores still suggest a mouse every two weeks. I'm constantly correcting the advice petstores have given their customers. This kind of thing makes me Happy to be a private breeder. If someone looks or seems unwilling to learn I dont have to sell. At the same time I always have room for more. Congrats on the new addition. I hope he does well in the rehab process! Good luck to both of you. I'm sure once he gets on the right track he will flourish!

Great points you make with that! It's a shame the pet stores either don't know or simply don't care about correcting their information. And good for you for being a responsible breeder and being willing to say "no" rather than just letting the money do the talking and having the animals suffer because of it!
