Identify - Dull Pastel or Normal?

I'm gonna say normal.

Easiest way for me to tell poor pastel from exceptional normal is the eyes. Pastels always have green eyes like a cat.

As do some normals.

Belly and eye pictures are not needed - it's not a pastel.

I dont see any pastel in the picture, only a nice normal. And she looks a bit thin too.

No other pics are needed, it's definitely not a pastel. Even faded or dulled pastels are fairly easy to pick out. You didn't pay pastel price did you?

I always have to wonder why anyone would be even considering buying a pastel that you have to ASK - is it a pastel?

With the price of pastels these days, why not just buy a pastel that's clearly a pastel, instead of "rewarding" people who mass produce pastels so dark that they need closer examination to figure out if they are or are not?

Def a normal. A nice looking one though.
