    Ive had the best luck with Baytril in my animals for what its worth, not so much with Ceftazidime

    Baytril was the one the local breeder was telling me about. I will check with the vet tomorrow.

    Sometimes eye infections can be tricky to treat without topical meds. The vet may also cut windows in the eyecaps to allow them to drain and you to apply meds (something I've seen done with very good results). It's obviously not something I'd recommend for you to do on your own, and if the snake has other systemic issues, it may not treat what's causing the eye issues.

    Called the vet and the doctor there is out till wendsday and they don't have any others that deal with reptiles

    Exactly what the vet did, gave an eye drop to apply
