my setup is all water-proofed oak, no metal and it buzzes. i tried calling but no answer yet. ill let them wake up a bit before i call again

called reptile basics, they said it was because of the metal in the rack. i have some laminate on the oak that my hatchling rack is made out of to help the tubs slide and it looks like aluminum foil tape. the store said it didnt have metal in it but im pretty sure the store was wrong. ill remove it and see if it fixes the problem.
