I had a bottle of their '08 and '09 Vertical Epic ale...tried to age them but didn't make it very far...:) Probably should have as they weren't as good as I had expected...I guess they're all supposed to be aged until at least 2012 and then opened...

I like just about anything dark. Gunniess is my favorite. BTW, when I was in Amsterdam I had a really tasty beer made by Heineken. I don't remember exaclty what it was called, but it was the only dark beer I have ever seen by them. I have never seen it for sale in the states.

I'll look for it. I'm sure I would love it. Have you ever had double chocolate stout by Bell’s? It’s great.

Bell's Kalamazoo and Rogue's Shakespeare are two of my favorite stouts...great winter time brews...
