Would you buy or have you bought pythons with known issues?
I might, but I would expect a "pet" quality animal to come with a don't breed disclaimer. I have rescued pet snakes before, some of which i plan to breed because their only problems were from poor owners. Others had actual issues that I wouldn't want to mess with the possibility of genetic issues.

Would you breed a snake with known issue(s) regardless of the potential negative outcome?
No. Though I'm sure some would consider my definition of a "known issue" might be unreasonable compared to theirs. I like spiders, despite the wobble. I've heard from many that think we should euthanize ALL spiders, regardless of wobbling or not. I'm not a huge fan of caramels because of possible kinking issues. Though I may be prejudiced because while caramels are neat, i prefer spider patterns.

Do professional breeders cull their lines to make sure the best representations of not only looks, but also health and longevity are achieved?
They ought to. Healthy animals will make better breeders and have better chances of producing healthy young in the long run.

Would you cull an animal from breeding due to known genetic health issue(s)?
Yes, though I may simply keep them. Eyeless snakes are kind of cute and I had an old rescue ball with huge bones knots in his back. He was a very good eater up until his last months and such a sweet snake. I might give them to friends and people I know here that are dedicated and would either not give them away or return them if they couldn't have them any longer.
