You cannot tell if a snake is het for a recessive trait.

No traits or "markers" are definitive or proven. You can only know it is a het if you bought it as a het or if you breed it and prove the recessive gene.

there is no way to tell if a het is such. Some morphs have markers that are common like the j hooks on the pied. But even those are not definite . But there are no 100% markers
