From the one picture she doesn't look like a pastel. I'd also check to make sure she is female. As far as het pied markers, normals can have "markers" and it mean nothing. I don't see het pied markers on her. Markers for het pied are tracks along the sides of the belly, not on the belly.
Additional pictures will help in figuring out if she really is a pastel.

im just giving her some time to get use of the tub set up...she was in a 40 gal tank and now she is in 28qt..i will take some pics soon been working 12 hour days..i will post pics tomm...thanks for the input..
