u wont really find a cheap spider female unless u go to a show, remember female snakes cost quite a bit more than the males and can be hard to come by

Even a female spider should be within a $300 cap. They just aren't all that expensive. Now, a super nice one may be more. Depends on what you are looking for. :D

Going by Canadian prices, you may find a female spider for $350 but most will go about $400! Cinnamons and mojaves are about the same! You will not get a Lesser or Albino female for under $600! Female Pieds are $1200- $1800! In TO, there is a show about every two months! The next one is March 6th! Here is the website: http://www.reptileexpo.ca/index.html . You can definitely find animals for much cheaper then that right now. :) Take a look at Reptiles canada's classified section. There's lots to choose from. But like Corey said, the Mississauga shows are your best bet. You'll have lots to choose from for under $350.

I spent 300 even on my female Mojave and she's b-e-a-utiful!
