I would recommend getting one of the digital thermometers to check the temps in the habitat and check the humidity as well. Has he lost any weight? If they go off feed and aren't losing any weight then it can be that his mind is more on breeding than eating. If you suspect he's losing weight or that he could be sick I would get him to a reptile vet as soon as you can.
