    Would a snake striking him, after he was feeding suggest aggression, or does that just mean he was thinking hes getting another meal?

    That is NOT true. A mouse WILL bite a snake if it can get its mouth on it. Do not feed live if you can't be there to monitor. I feed live, and have had to intervene several times or my snake would have gotten bit. The snake struck on the side of the neck, rather than on the head, and I had to hold the mouse's head back to keep him from biting. After the mouse is dead, then you would be fine leaving it.

    Before or after a feed is when most get tagged. It doesnt show aggression it shows a hungry snake. They get awfully excitable around feed time. I've found with some picky eaters that if I time it right and put the next meal In there right after they've finished the first and after they've fixed they're jaw they will grab it right up as opposed to if I'm kinda busy and after a bit.
