    There was a local Craig's List post were a guy said that he got busted by the TPWL for buying Retic from them! It was described as entrapment scheme.

    He claimed to have answered a CL ad for a Retic. When he went to buy it they flashed their badges after the purchase was made.

    I lean towards believing the claim because I read the same ads he described. What also made it believable was the fact that the "sellers" would meet you regardless of distance.

    Don't see how the Craigslist thing is truthful as the Bill of Sale is a temporary 21 day permit for the buyer. Unless he was the seller and did not have the $60 permit.
