    I have a 07 female Sorong type and 09 male Biak type. Both do well out of the cage, but the male attacked me(4 or 5 bites) the one time that I attempted to remove him from his perch. I have removable perches, but they are different sizes on each side. As long as I remove the perch and let them explore on their own, they do great. GTP are by far some of the most beautiful snakes and rewarding to own.

    I don't have any GTP's, but I've met some that were super tame and some that were like chainsaw-massacre snakes. It just depends on the individual. They are not, however, the type of snake that would appreciate frequent handling in general.

    I have 10 and hold all of them from time to time. I think people get GTP confused with ATB, I do agree with not handling neo's unless you have to. Overall they are great snakes.
