I agree that it is normally best to keep one, especially for the inexperienced keeper, but it is possible to keep more than one successfully. You have to provide the right type of heat, and keep an eye on your snakes to make sure they are not fighting or stressing out. Feeding can also be an issue, and should be done carefully. Another main issue is if one gets sick, the other will likely get sick as well.
